Congress Participation Acceptance Letter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Papers submitted to the congress will be accepted by the Scientific Committee after peer review. An online ‘Letter of Acceptance’ will be sent to the paper holders for the papers that are accepted to be presented orally or as a poster after peer evaluation. It is also possible to attend our congress only as a listener.<\/p>\n\n

Registration and Consultation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Registration and Information Desk will be open at Juju Premier Palace Hotel as of Thursday, April 9, 2026.<\/p>\n\n

Certificate of Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

A Certificate of Participation will be given to all participants who registered for the congress with oral\/poster presentations and those who attend only as listeners, at the registration desk, as of April 9, 2026.<\/p>\n\n

Badge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Name Badge will be given at the time of registration. Name badges must be present in all scientific and social activities during the congress.<\/p>\n\n

Stand Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The stands will be set up next to the conference halls, and coffee will be served in the stand areas. Congress registration is required to enter the booth areas.<\/p>\n\n

Poster Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Poster abstracts and Poster Presentations will be evaluated by Poster Evaluation Juries (5 people who are experts in different fields) to be formed by the Scientific Committee. The first three of the ten successful posters will be awarded the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and the others will be awarded the “best ten posters” certificate. Awards will be given at the closing ceremony.<\/p>\n\n

Companions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

There is no registration fee for Companions staying at the hotel.<\/p>\n\n

Daily Guests of the Participants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The entrances to the Congress Hotel are controlled by the hotel security personnel. Participants with daily guests are required to pick up their guests from the outer security gate. The hotel does not charge for visits not exceeding 30 minutes. However, for visits exceeding 30 minutes and for \u201cexternal participants<\/strong>\u201d who do not stay at the congress hotel, the hotel will charge a daily fee of 80 EURO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Transport<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Free transportation service will be provided between the Congress Hotel – Antalya Airport – Bus Terminal at the specified times.<\/p>\n\n

Cancellation Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In case of cancellation applications to be made after this date or if people do not attend the congress, no refund will be made and no certificate of participation will be given. Cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat.<\/p>\n\n
