1) The registration fees mentioned above are only the congress registration fee, and the accommodation fee belongs to the participant.<\/p>\n

2) Accommodation fees include VAT. An invoice will be issued by MIRAGO Tourism Organization and Assistance Services Trade Inc.<\/p>\n

3) Congress participation fees; (i) congress bag, (ii) congress documents, (iii) refreshments during the day during the congress and (iv) cocktail included.<\/p>\n

4) All external participants who do not stay at the hotel (\u201cStudents included\u201d); will pay a Daily Hotel Entrance Fee of 90 \u20ac (they will be able to use all hotel facilities between 09:00 and 18:00).<\/p>\n

5) Personal extra expenses, accommodation, transfers outside of free shuttle hours, lunch on departure day Sunday, April 12th, etc.<\/strong> Other services not mentioned above are not included in the registration fee.<\/p>\n
