1) The registration fees mentioned above are only the congress registration fee, and the accommodation fee belongs to the participant.
2) Accommodation fees include VAT. An invoice will be issued by MIRAGO Tourism Organization and Assistance Services Trade Inc.
3) Congress participation fees; (i) congress bag, (ii) congress documents, (iii) refreshments during the day during the congress and (iv) cocktail included.
4) All external participants who do not stay at the hotel (“Students included”); will pay a Daily Hotel Entrance Fee of 90 € (they will be able to use all hotel facilities between 09:00 and 18:00).
5) Personal extra expenses, accommodation, transfers outside of free shuttle hours, lunch on departure day Sunday, April 12th, etc. Other services not mentioned above are not included in the registration fee.
