Papers submitted to the congress will be accepted by the Scientific Committee after peer review. Badge
Name Badge will be given at the time of registration. Name badges must be present in all scientific and social activities during the congress.
Stand Areas
The stands will be set up next to the conference halls, and coffee will be served in the stand areas. Congress registration is required to enter the booth areas.
Poster Awards
Poster abstracts and Poster Presentations will be evaluated by Poster Evaluation Juries (5 people who are experts in different fields) to be formed by the Scientific Committee. The first three of the ten successful posters will be awarded the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and the others will be awarded the “best ten posters” certificate. Awards will be given at the closing ceremony.
Companions
There is no registration fee for Companions staying at the hotel.
Daily Guests of the Participants
The entrances to the Congress Hotel are controlled by the hotel security personnel. Participants with daily guests are required to pick up their guests from the outer security gate. The hotel does not charge for visits not exceeding 30 minutes. However, the hotel will charge 50 EURO per day for visits exceeding 30 minutes and for “external participants” who do not stay at the congress hotel.
Transport
Free transportation service will be provided between the Congress Hotel – Antalya Airport – Bus Terminal at the specified times.
Cancellation Conditions
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, traffic accidents, illness provided that it is documented, special circumstances arising from the pandemic process, etc.) for oral presentations and posters that are deemed appropriate to be presented at the congress after peer review, participation can be canceled until May 01, 2025, provided that the owners of the papers submit an application with a wet signature to the general secretariat of the congress. It is possible to. In case of cancellation applications to be made after this date or if people do not attend the congress, no refund will be made and no certificate of participation will be given. Cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
