Congress Invitation
Distinguished Scientists, Public and Private Sector Experts and Representatives,
The Chemists Association aims to contribute to the production of value-added products for our country by creating a healthy bridge between relevant sectors, scientists and public authorities by organizing sustainable congresses for many years. While doing this, our main goal has been to ensure that our members communicate with chemistry and related main branches, which are needed in almost every sector related to production, and to create problem-centered project teams and discuss opportunities rather than a professional center by exploring multidisciplinary working ways.
As the Chemists Association, we wanted to contribute to the ongoing efforts to achieve these goals and create new breakthroughs that will create added value for our country. Although our country has great opportunities in field-to-table food production, full and efficient use of this potential requires all-out cooperation.
Through the congress, ministries operating in the field of food chemistry and technology (Agriculture and Forestry, Health, Industry and Technology) and relevant departments of universities (Chemistry, Biology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Health Sciences, Nutrition and Dietetics, Pharmacy) ), private sector representatives, quality control and standardization, bringing together public and private authorities working in the field of halal food, bringing together stakeholders who can contribute to sustainability, safety and added value in food production, creating a project collaboration platform among participants, joint project It is aimed to develop the culture of doing business and to inform the participants about the existing and/or new regulations of the supervisory authorities.
In order to achieve this goal, many valuable participants from the above-mentioned stakeholders took part in the Congress Organization and Science Boards with the support of Yıldız Technical University, Üsküdar University and the Chemists Association. This broad participation “Intention” is, of course, admirable from the very beginning in terms of the “Blessing” relationship.
In this context, the 4th International Food Chemistry Congress; It is a scientific organization that will be held in Antalya/Kemer Juju Premier Palace between 8 – 11 May 2025, in cooperation with the Chemists Association, Üsküdar University and Yıldız Technical University. This year, our focus is on the latest developments in “sustainability in food production” and we are excited to bring together experts, researchers, government and industry professionals from around the world to share knowledge and exchange ideas.
Revolutionary advances in technology are transforming the field of food chemistry and creating unprecedented opportunities for scientific evolution. The congress will provide the opportunity to examine in depth the latest research and technological breakthroughs within the framework of food sustainability. This will cover all aspects from laboratory studies to in silico studies and global changes affecting food sustainability.
In the scientific program of the congress; There will be invited talks, short oral presentations, poster presentations and workshops. Short oral presentations will also be displayed as posters, providing the opportunity for mutual sharing with more participants. Posters deemed successful by the referee committee consisting of scientists working in industry and academia will be rewarded. Presenters will be able to publish the English texts of their studies as “full text” free of charge in the journals “Journal of Chemical Metrology and Records of Agricultural and Food Chemistry”.
In addition, taking into account the importance of the supply chain in the development of the food industry, all supplier companies and their employees serving the sector and universities should actively participate in the congress, organize “courses”, “workshops” and “workshops”, open stands at the congress and communicate with participants and sector representatives. It will enable them to contribute to the solution of current problems and the determination of new trends for the future. On this occasion, we would like to inform you that we will be very happy to see you among us at the 4th International Food Chemistry Congress to be held on 8 – 11 May 2025, and thank you for your interest and contributions.
Chair
